My initial aspiration to become a Celebrant, blossomed through the privilege of being part of numerous wedding party’s for friends and family, including the honour of being bridesmaid 5 times. My ‘other’ career is in Social Care and I have always been passionate about my work with social justice, child welfare, the community – and I feel this only enhances my worth as a Celebrant as it encompasses my many attributes –
- My integrity, reliability, good listening skills, a problem solver, calm and reassuring under pressure and a great communicator.
Choosing a celebrant really is individual with each couple and it can be so important to choose someone that you resonate with, who can help craft your ceremony to be your way.
To help you decide, I’ll let you in on a few secrets about myself – I love music – particularly live music and Irish Independent Music. I trained in piano and have a huge appreciation for all types of music. Travelling has always been a passion of mine and to date Asia, especially Thailand and Japan are up there for all time favourite travel destinations. My inner nerd- – I appreciate Sci fi and the Horror Genre movies – but I am a farm girl at heart and have a great love of animals. Favourite moment in 2018 so far, taking part in a Flash Mob dance on Grafton Street for charity.
That’s me in a nutshell. I look forward to hearing about you!
